QuikAccount provides the simplest way to import your any excel data into Tally ERP.9 or Tally Prime. It comes with multiple format to import your excel data which may be purchases, sales, bank statements, journal entries or any other voucher or master. 1. Download QuikAccount basic version from here.
2. Install this setup file and open software.
3. This will automatic redirect you to registartion sheet, go and actviate your trial.
4. Open company in tally simultanrously.
5. Go to help sheet of QuikAccount software and click on connect tally.
1. Once you connected with tally using above steps, you need to decide which type of data you want to create in tally.
2. We have provided seperate sheets for seperate type of data as below:

3. Choose relevant sheet based on your data type and copy your data there.
1. Once you have copied entire data you need to click on Validate button. Such button is given on each sheet.
2. When you click on validate button, system will check entire data and highlight the errors of any. Do necessary corrections and validate data again.
3. Once entire validation is resolved, system will give you message 'Validation Success'.
4. After you receive 'Validation Success' message, please click on export to tally button to create all entries in tally.
Q.1 How to convert excel to tally xml file?
Ans: QuikAccount software provides option to generate xml file from excel data. In the steps explained above when you click on Export to Tally button, it propmts you for
"XML file has been generated, Do you want to export it to Tally?"
On such prompt click on No button --> Go to Help Sheet of QuikAcount --> Click on software folder button--> There you can search filexml.xml
